Why should I create an account?​

Creating an account has several benefits.  Such as:

1. You Earn PopPoints for every purchase made when you're logged in.  PopPoints can be redeemed for a dollar amount off your next purchase once you obtain a certain number of points.  $1 = 1 point  We sometimes run promotions and you may receive 2 points for every $1 spent!

2. You can track your Pop packages!

3. You do not have to fill in all your information for repeat purchases!  (Who doesn't like to save time?)

4. Members will receive special offers & coupon codes from time to time!  Also, in the works may be an exclusive Pop not readily available to the "public" which can only be purchased if you're a member!  In addition to your PopPoints!

** WE SUGGEST YOU MAKE AN ACCOUNT PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE.  Accounts made after a purchase has been made will not show the purchase history. **

 
Are my payments secure?​

Yes, we use SSL encrypted data on our payment pages that require your personal information.   Also, we us PayPal to process all our payments.  This means you kind of have double protection for two different sources, our SSL as well as PayPal.



 

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay & PayPal as payment Options.

We also have partnered with AfterPay & Affirm to help offer a "Buy Now, Pay Later" option.

Payment options offered by Affirm, are subject to an eligibility check, and may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lender license.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept eChecks.

How are my Pops Shipped?

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  Pops will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a small sturdy box.  In addition, all 4", 6" & 2-pk Pops will ship in a free Pop Protector!

Tracking information is provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Be sure to create an account prior to purchasing & signed in, this allows you to view your recent orders and track your packages.

When will my order be processed & shipped?

We try very hard to get all orders processed the same day if placed prior to 4pm EST!  Sometimes, it may take us a little longer depending on our sales volume.  Our longest process time for instock items has been 3 business days.

If my order has in-stock & pre-ordered items, when will they ship?

Orders will be held until ALL items are in-stock.

If your pre-order items have different release dates ie:  October & December, your order will not ship until December.

To expedite your orders, we suggest placing different orders for in-stock & pre-order items as well as by release dates.

I pre-ordered my Pop in June and its July, where's my Pop?

The release dates are "suggested" ETA dates from our distributors & Funko.  Unfortunately, these dates are subject to change beyond our control.

Which Pops come with a Pop Protector?

Great News!  All our 4", 6" and 2-pk Pops come shipped in a Pop Protector!!  Free!

What are the condition of the Pops?

All our Pops! listed are in close to excellent condition.  If we list a pop that is damaged, it will be stated in the title and the description.  Also, we may include additional pictures to show the damage.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once your order has been shipped.

You can cancel your order by contacting us ASAP before you receive a tracking number.  Use the Contact Us page to cancel your order.

We offer Priority Mail, which provides insurance on your Pops.  We recommend selecting Priority Mail for higher priced Pops.  In the event that a Pop arrives damaged and is insured, you'll need to file a claim with USPS to receive your refund.  We are unable to file the return for you, as USPS requires surrender of the item for a refund.

What if my package is Lost or Stolen?

While we always hope that your packages arrive safely, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once your package is accepted by USPS, all responsibility transfers to USPS.  You should contact USPS with your tracking number and create a claim for both lost and/or stolen packages.

If you selected Priority Mail or Express Mail - USPS is responsible for issuing you a refund from the claimed filed, not MyPopStore.
